Parents, if you are looking for things to do while your son is at camp, then you have come to the right place! Come and enjoy all that the Blue Ridge Mountains have to offer. Whether you enjoy the great outdoors or quaint boutiques, this area is filled with lots to explore!

Asheville, NC is less than an hour away over the scenic pass of hwy 26. There you will find great restaurants and shopping as well as some of the best trails that the Southeast has to offer. You can even tour America's largest home, The Biltmore!

If you want to stay closer to campus and watch your son's progress during camp, you will want to explore the many lakes, rivers and mountains that are just minutes away. If the outdoors aren't for you, the charming town of Jonesborough borders Johnson City and is the first established town of Tennessee. There you will be greeted by quaint shops and restaurants and can visit the International Story Telling Center or listen to music on the square!
