Registration Process

Online Process

This is the quickest way to reserve a spot at camp!

(Don't forget, you still need to fill out and mail in your parental consent form.)

  1. Complete online registration form. (Minimum $100 deposit if paying by check. Credit cards are accepted for full payment only.)
  2. Mail in signed parental consent form. (Online process will not be complete until this form is received)
  3. Receive confirmation email from the ETSU Soccer Academy. (Includes a list of things to bring, registration & check-out times, directions to the ETSU campus, balance due, and other details.)

Remit full payment by July 1st!!
Please use your credit card statement or canceled check as additional financial confirmation of your enrollment in camp.

Forms

The hard copy application, parental consent form and the camper checklist are in PDF format and require Acrobat Reader to be installed on your computer. If you don't have the Free Reader, google Get Acrobat Reader to download it from Adobe's website.

Refund policy

If a camper is unable to attend camp, a refund less a NON-REFUNDABLE $100 service charge will be returned after the last camp session. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the beginning of camp to be eligible for a refund.
